Registration will not be processed without proper payment. If your child will be playing more than one division, Minors or above, the second division of play will only be an additional $50 for uniform fee.

T-ball: (ages 4-6) Regular Season (Jan. - Mar.)
Coach Pitch: (ages 7-8) Regular Season (Jan. - Mar.)
Minors: (ages 9, 10, 11) Regular Season (Mar. - May)
Majors: (ages 10, 11, 12) Regular Season (Mar. - May)
Intermediate (ages 11-13) Regular Season (Jan. - Mar.)
Junior (ages 13-14) Regular Season (Apr. - Jun.)
Senior (ages 15-17) Regular Season (Apr. - Jun.)

Training & Development Seasons outside of Regular Seasons:
Winter (Jan. - Mar.)
Spring (April-June)
Fall (September-November)

Bring to in-person registration or mail the following:

Payment payable to Waialua Little League
Registration form
Medical release form
Parent code of conduct
Player birth certificate
Parent/guardian's drivers license

Volunteer Information

ALL volunteers must submit volunteer application annually. This includes managers, coaches, Board of Directors members, umpires, concession stand workers, Team Moms, scorekeepers, and other volunteers who have regular service to the league or repetitive access to children.

  Once volunteer application is submitted, you should expect an email notification to fill out "Background Questionnaire"
- If you can't fill out online questionnaire, Please fill out the below Volunteer Application

  If you choose not to write your Full SSN, you will be contacted via phone once your volunteer application is received and background check is ready to be submitted.
Note for TBall: For safety reasons, each player is highly recommended to have at least one parent/guardian submit volunteer form and must be ready to assist coach or tend to their player and possibly other players at practices and games. All 4 year olds must have parent/guardian at their player's side at all times.
