WAIALUA LITTLE LEAGUE 

USE OF PUUIKI BEACH PARK 

1. Use of the Baseball Field – No other park users are allowed to use the little league ball field except the members of the Waialua Little League. The Waialua Little League will be responsible for the maintenance of the baseball field and the parking lot adjacent to the field. Mowing of the field will be limited to days when Puuiki is unoccupied by park users. 

2. Game and Tournament Schedule – Waialua Little League will provide Dole Food Company Hawaii with game, tournament and practice schedules for the season, as soon as they become available. This is to allow Dole the ability to rent out Pavilion #4 on non-game days. 

3. Practice Field – Due to safety reasons, Waialua Little League majors/minors will not be allowed to practice on the T-Ball or Coach Pitch fields. 

4. Use of Pavilion #4 – Waialua Little League will be allowed to use Pavilion #4, at no cost, on all game days. A permit will be issued for the use of the pavilion on all game days. Additionally, the Waialua Little League may be granted permission to use the pavilion for meetings and clinics. The pavilion and the park must be vacated no later than one hour after the completion of the last game of the day, or completion of their meetings/clinics. The pavilion should be cleaned and trash disposed of in the bin provided in the park. 

5. Use of Other Pavilions – Waialua Little League does not have permission to use any other pavilion in the park unless they were issued a permit for its use. 

6. No dogs or other pets are allowed in the park. 

7. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed in the park. Disorderly conduct on the premises will be not allowed. The caretaker has the right to request that violators of this provision be asked to leave the premises. Enforcement will be handled by the Honolulu Police Department. 

8. Waialua Little League will abide by the State noise code which states that between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., the noise level will not exceed 556 DBA and between the hours 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., not to exceed 45 DBA. Enforcement of this code will be handled by the Honolulu Police Department. 

9. Dole Food Company Hawaii will not be responsible for any and all damages of whatever nature of Waialua Little League and their guests, arising from the use of the premises.
